Jeannie Gonzalez

Jeannie Gonzalez has worked in the legal, administrative and compliance industry since 2010 and officially joined the Rodríguez | Marrero Law Firm in June 2022.  Although Jeannie is relatively new to the firm, Jeannie has been working with Attorneys Emilio and Franchesca since they were admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014 and 2015, respectively (in fact, Jeannie and Franchesca worked together as paralegals for the same attorney while Franchesca was awaiting her bar exam results).  

Jeannie provides administrative and legal support to Emilio and Franchesca in a variety of ways, including as a legal assistant and paralegal responsible for the day-to-day handling of cases, proficiently and promptly opening or closing a case within the firm, assisting with contract execution, transmitting documents and legal demands to insurance companies on behalf of the attorneys, communicating with clients in English and Spanish when the attorneys are in court, setting up attorney phone calls and in-person consultations, and ensuring that our clients get the first class treatment they deserve. 

Additionally, Jeannie assists with mailings, payments, and fund disbursements; processes health insurance and medical liens; and organizes both pre- and post-litigation document production and discovery.  Jeannie also gathers and reviews medical records and creates summaries for the attorneys to review, which helps the firm ready itself for the negotiations and settlement process.  Jeannie is an invaluable member of the firm.  She takes great pride in her work and feels that she has found a perfect fit here with Rodríguez | Marrero, P.A.
