Emilio and Franchesca met over twenty years ago at The Honors College Miami-Dade Community College (now called Miami-Dade College).  Since they met (and even before), they were committed to education, serving others, and fighting for the less fortunate.  Their travels took them to New York City, where Emilio and Franchesca received their bachelors degrees the Columbia University and New York University, respectively.  They then travelled across the country to attend the University of California – Berkeley School of Law, where they both received their law degrees.

For the last ten years or so, Emilio and Franchesca have been working as civil litigators in South Florida.  They have helped hundreds of clients who were severely injured or who had their insurance claims wrongfully denied or “lowballed” by their insurance companies receive the just compensation they deserved.  In 2022, seeing a great need in their own family and in the South Florida community in general, Emilio and Franchesca decided to expand their services to immigration clients.  Emilio, a child of Cuban and Honduran immigrants, always had a passion for immigration and had both studied and worked in immigration in the past.
